Ingredienti:
- pasta (100 gr / persona)
- tonno sott’olio (100 gr)
- olio (3 cucchiai)
- cipolla (1/2 cipolla bianca di piccole dimensioni)
- vino bianco (1/2 bicchiere)
- passata di pomodoro (350 gr)
- sale
- pepe
- pasta tonno pomodoro sugo pomodoro tonno pronto all uso
- pasta tonno pomodoro preparazione tonno per il sugo
- pasta tonno pomodoro
Introduzione:
Preparazione sugo:
- mettere in una pentolina l’olio, la cipolla e far imbiondire a fuoco lento;
- aggiungere il tonno e far cuocere a fuoco lento per qualche minuto;
- aggiungi il vino bianco e far evaporare;
- aggiungere il pomodoro, aggiustare il sale sale ed aggiungere un pizzico di pepe
- far bollire per 10 minuti;
Preparazione della pasta:
- cuocere la pasta in abbondante acqua salata, facendo attenzione al tempo di cottura;
- scolare la pasta
- unire la pasta ed il sugho
Considerazioni:
Si consiglia pasta lunga tipo spaghetti o fettuccine
