pasta tonno pomodoro

Ingredienti:

  • pasta (100 gr / persona)
  • tonno sott’olio (100 gr)
  • olio (3 cucchiai)
  • cipolla (1/2 cipolla bianca di piccole dimensioni)
  • vino bianco (1/2 bicchiere)
  • passata di pomodoro (350 gr)
  • sale
  • pepe

Introduzione:

Preparazione sugo:

  1. mettere in una pentolina l’olio, la cipolla e far imbiondire a fuoco lento;
  2. aggiungere il tonno e far cuocere a fuoco lento per qualche minuto;
  3. aggiungi il vino bianco e far evaporare;
  4. aggiungere il pomodoro, aggiustare il sale sale ed aggiungere un pizzico di pepe
  5. far bollire per 10 minuti;

Preparazione della pasta:

  1. cuocere la pasta in abbondante acqua salata, facendo attenzione al tempo di cottura;
  2. scolare la pasta
  3. unire la pasta ed il sugho

Considerazioni:

Si consiglia pasta lunga tipo spaghetti o fettuccine
